Man oh MAN…Monday’s Supreme Court decision on the Hobby Lobby case has left liberals, already barely hanging on by the last threads of one screw, completely unhinged.

Not at all surprisingly, the decision went 5-4 but liberals and their ideology that ALL of us should pay for what a FEW want, was struck down and more to the point, it was struck down because of Obamacare and Obama himself were not allowed to force ‘freedom FROM religion’ down We the People’s throats.

Five of the nine Justices agreed that a corporation, owned by those with deeply held religious beliefs could not be forced, upon mandate of government, to abandon those beliefs once they walked outside their doors or the doors of their chosen church.

For once, the Founders and Framers were smiling.

As the Founders and Framers set up our Constitution and specifically, the Bill of Rights, the 1^st Amendment guarantees every American Freedom OF Religion. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” and this has today’s liberals all tied up in knots.

For instance…

Nancy Pelosi, a twit of the liberal persuasion took to Twitter to lash out in a couple of 140 characters or less lie-filled rants: “Allowing CEOs to limit the medical procedures available to employees is a gross violation of workers’ religious rights.”

“SCOTUS took an outrageous step against women’s rights, setting a dangerous precedent that permits corporations to choose which laws to obey.”

That’s funny as I can’t for the life of me remember when she blew up at the Dictator for choosing which laws HE would or more precisely would NOT defend regardless of HIS oath of office to “…faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” never mind the fact that the SCOTUS decision does NOT allow CORPORATIONS to decide which laws they will or won’t obey…quite to the contrary, the decision tells GOVERNMENT that GOVERNMENT may not infringe on the 1^st Amendment.

But those are just the sort of restrictions on government our Founders and Framers intended and the very sort that liberals fear the most and could somebody please point out to Pelosi that she can not gain credibility by claiming to DEFEND one person’t religious rights while at the same time, trashing another’s?

As for her first Tweet, and sensing the Botox has seeped into her brain…The SCOTUS decision does NOTHING whatsoever to limit ANY “medical procedures available to employees.” Each and every employee of Hobby Lobby or any other such business has every right AND every opportunity to buy and use whatever contraceptives they wish…ON THEIR OWN DIME and therein lies the bone of contention in the liberal mind.

LIBERALS believe that ALL of us…Hobby Lobby ownership included, should be paying for what the FEW seem to think they WANT and as it pertains to this specific case…liberals believe that Hobby Lobby should be paying for someone else’s morning after pills.

There are, in fact, 20 different contraceptive ‘devices or medications’ on the Obamacare list and what liberals simply don’t want anyone to know is that OF those 20…Hobby Lobby is willing to pick up the cost for 16 of them. The OTHER 4 however, violate the deeply held religious beliefs of the Hobby Lobby ownership and all the SCOTUS did on Monday was support the business owner’s right to their faith under the 1^st Amendment.

Our Constitutional rights always seem to bring out the true feelings of liberals don’t they?

Not to be outdone in being on the insipidly wrong end of the argument, everybody’s favorite 30 something year old college slut, Sandra Fluke had to fire off a Tweet of her own.

Good grief…where do I even begin with that bit of cyber blather?

First of all… “A woman’s boss should not have a say in her health care decisions,” but it’s a-ok for GOVERNMENT to MANDATE to ALL Americans their healthcare decisions or, better yet, it’s just damn skippy to have a panel of 15 unelected BUREAUCRATS making the life and death decisions for all Americans?

Yes, that is precisely what liberals think and I use the word ‘think” as loosely as possible.

Furthermore, as to Fluke’s epic fail of a Tweet…the very reason Hobby Lobby fought this government mandate all the way to the United States Supreme Court was because they WANTED no part of making that sort of “health care decision” to begin with and it was GOVERNMENT…Sandra Flukes beloved GOVERNMENT that was indeed trying to FORCE “a woman’s boss” into having a say in such decisions.

Leave it to the poster girl for getting laid on the taxpayer’s dime to screw that up.

Next up in the parade of liberal fools is congressman Becerra from California who apparently had but one talking point when he appeared on Fox News Sunday regardless of the question asked of him.

Chris Wallace: “If I own a company and I have strong religious beliefs, the government can tell me I have to violate those beliefs in terms of providing birth control coverage to my employees?”

Becerra: “The government will not violate anyone’s religious beliefs, but no one has the right to discriminate against a woman because of her beliefs.”

Wallace then pointed out that the woman COULD find other employment to which Becerra answered: “No business should be allowed to discriminate against women. And we’ve gone beyond that. We should also pay them equally for the work they do that’s equal to what a man does.”

Wallace: “What about the owner’s right to HIS religious freedom, his religious beliefs?”

Becerra: “The owner has a right to his or her religious beliefs. But that doesn’t mean you get to discriminate against women if women have different beliefs than what the owner has and the woman wants to exercise her rights under the Constitution.”

I think he’s trying to convince us that women have rights that trump anyone else’s rights under the Constitution though for the life of me I can’t seem to find that in there anywhere and perhaps he wasn’t aware that Hobby Lobby was prepared to close each and every one of their hundreds of stores putting tens of thousands of employees out of work…thus compelling them to find other jobs…had they lost in the decision unless of course, the Dictator’s next mandate in violation of the Constitution was to have been the forcing of any business that wanted to close their doors to remain in business.

Then we have Debbie Wasserman Schultz who pooped out this little gem of wisdom: “Nearly 60 percent of women who use birth control do so for more than just family planning,” conveniently leaving out the fact that Hobby Lobby’s case cited ONLY those birth control scenarios which would induce an abortion while leaving all the rest OUT of their case and if inducing an abortion isn’t about “family planning,” what is? And let’s also remember that if women working AT Hobby Lobby or any place else for that matter WANT those pills and devices…they are welcome TO them, at THEIR expense, but NOT at the expense of their employer according to the SCOTUS decision.

Up next…Hillary Clinton who tried to spin it this way: “It’s the first time that our court has said that a closely held corporation has the rights of a person when it comes to religious freedom, which means the corporation’s … [‘closely held’] employers can impose their religious beliefs on their employees, and, of course, denying women the right to contraceptives as part of a health care plan is exactly that. I find it deeply disturbing that we are going in that direction.”

Ummm…Hillary…no one is denying the right to contraceptive to ANYONE. Once again…any woman is free to purchase whatever contraceptives they want…at their own expense.

And finally…from the white palace of the Dictator…Josh Earnst, the new town liar had THIS absurd statement after the ruling was announced: “We disagree and the constitutional lawyer in the Oval Office disagrees with that conclusion from the Supreme Court.”

Is he referring to the SAME “constitutional lawyer in the Oval Office” that has made it quite clear over the past five and a half years that HE doesn’t believe the Constitution applies to HIM???

Just asking.

The bottom line is this…liberals are not as bent because the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the 1^st Amendment or in favor of people not having to check their religion at the door when they open a business…as they are that this ruling once again provide proof that the Tea Party has been correct regarding Obamacare all along.

GOVERNMENT in the liberal world IS the be all, end all and the ‘rights’ of the government to mandate its will upon the people is more sacred to liberals than the people’s right to freedom of religion….of expression…to keep and bear arms…to be protected from illegal search and seizures…you get the point.

Ever notice how when the opportunity to remove our rights presents itself, we are most often told by liberals that “we MUST do it for the CHILDREN” until those rare occasions when the opportunity to abort them comes into play? Then the talking points change to “we MUST do it for the WOMEN,” but this particular case wasn’t about abortion or women’s rights or really even about religion.

THIS case, the ‘Hobby Lobby’ case was about the 1^st Amendment AND about stopping the government from telling individuals when and where they are allowed to believe as they wish.

Conservatives  who are all about this decision need to keep something in mind…if you are glad that government just got stopped from running roughshod over people’s religious beliefs…you had damn well better not be trying to interject YOUR particular brand of religion INTO government. You can’t rejoice at government being kept out of religion, and at the same time, be actively trying to force your particular brand of religion INTO government unless you have absolutely no problem being a hypocrite.
